Individual Counselling
Counselling sessions for individuals. Choose between 50, 75 or 90 minute sessions depending on what you’re hoping to explore. Longer sessions are available upon request.

Hormone Readiness Assessment
Hormone readiness assessment. The fee includes the time spent writing the required report to be sent to your doctor.

Most extended health benefit plans cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check what services, professional designations, and amounts your insurer covers prior to your first session. You will be provided with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
I am registered to provide services through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP).

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. This policy extends to clients whose fees are paid by third parties that do not cover late cancellations or missed appointments.
